Managing Partner

Cem Garih is the Managing Partner of Alarko Ventures. He joined Alarko in 2020 in order to set up Alarko Ventures. Priorly, Cem was EY’s Business Development lead responsible for infrastructure project financing across Europe, Middle East, India & Africa. Prior to EY, Cem worked with Bechtel Corporation as a project engineer and program controller.

In addition to managing his own portfolios in public markets and real estate, Cem has been an active investor in early stage technology companies globally. Cem is the co-founder and co-president of Yenibirlider Foundation, which operates with a mission to craft the next generation of leaders in Turkey.

Cem Garih holds a BS in Civil Engineering with a concentration in construction management from Columbia University.
